Freeze dried Tasmanian grown shiitake seasoned with last years apriboshi, lovage and kelp. Crunchy + earthy with umami for days. Shiitake have 3 x the umami of other mushrooms and have a plethora of health benefits including boosting; immune system, brain function, energy levels, vitamins b and d. Shiitake is also an effective antioxidant.
