Rough Rice Seasoning Pack (5 x 60g) + Salt Spoon

~ Borlotti Bean Miso Salt - 3yo borlotti bean miso blended with seasalt. Umami rich, vegemity with a hint of sour and bitter.

~ Fire Tiger Fermented Seasoning - organically grown and wild fermented turmeric, ginger and chilli blended with sea salt and spices. Punchy, zingy and complex, add a pinch to elevate anything and everything. 

~ Fermented Borscht Salt - 8yo wild fermented borscht blended with seasalt and kalonji. Earthy, fragrant and psychedelic. 

~ Angasi Oyster Seasoning - freeze dried angasi oysters blended with shiitake, katsuobushi, kelp + seasalt. Loaded with zinc, iron, B12, Vit D, selenium, protein + amino acids. Huge minerality. 

~ Mothership Fermented Chilli Seasoning - freeze dried mothership hot sauce blended with seasalt. Hot but not hot hot. More salty, acidy, funky hot. Great all rounder.
