8+ year old borscht perennial (wild fermented organic beetroot, red cabbage, purple carrot, garlic, dill, tarragon) freeze dried to harness flavour, nutrition and the luminescent lilac 🤝 single origin black pepper rounded with black cumin and seasalt.

Earthy, zingy, fragrant + complex.

A wonderfully versatile seasoning suited to all manner of applications. Think soft boiled eggs, manchego + nashi pear (big ooft), simple cucumber salad, smoked eel, ajo blanco, grilled white fish, labne…
